My Terms Of Service

I don't quite know how to feel about one of these but I feel is necessary so I can be open about how it is to work with me so I can provide the best experience I can.I am an independent full time freelancer artist, commissions is all I do for a living.I'm from Brazil and one of the reasons I only work as a freelancer is that my health is almost always in a very bad condition so I want to make clear that I do not work with deadlines due to that fact, I never know when I'll be stuck in bed. If you do need a piece for a certain date you can discuss with me in advance, depending on how detailed it is and how much time is given it may be possible.I still do my best to work as much as I can and keep communication open and encourage you to message me for any questions you may have or even to check on any progress, from now on I'll be sending my trello to everyone so you can see how many projects I have on my queue and follow the checkmarks of my progress on each one of them.I sincerely thank you for your understanding and patience once you chose to work with me, your support is what makes me able to have a roof over my head and wonderful artistic experiences.I will always be providing you wips of your work to be sure is what you need, now we discuss about the actual process:-Payment:I only accept upfront payment by Paypal.People who have paid are priority in my queue, so if you are someone waiting for the queue to go down and someone else comes and pays for a slot, this person is ahead behind the other paid ones.-Refunds:If any issue comes up during the progress of the art and you feel unsatisfied and decides to ask for a refund, a partial refund must be done due to the hours already spent working on the artpiece.-Wips and changes/fixes:I will be sending wips along the whole process, the first stage is the sketch, in this phase it is needed that you make it known any changes that must be made in the poses/ expressions, placement of things and such that need to be made before the colors come, if changes are requested in the middle of the coloring process that isn't very small, an additional charging must be done since it would take extra work to have the issue fixed.Changes in colors can be done with no issue during the shading and lighting progress, it is even better since my flats are sometimes a bit messy, the colors can be better seen after some coats of shading and lighting to reach the desired effect and tone.If something in your references is not consistent and something you'd like to be in there is missing in the progress wip you need to communicate it right away as well to avoid extra work and possible additional charges if something complicated to change.If there is something that was clearly in the reference/ all the references and I myself forgot, once I notice/ is pointed out I will fix it right away with no extra charge, I usually at times forget about small things like one piercing or two, or a little marking, things I can easily fix.-Privacy:If you wish to stay anonymous or/ and not have your artpiece posted you must communicate this right away so I can respect your wishes.-Credits:You can post my art freely on your pages as long as you credit me, using Aika The Dirty Rat and Fujioka Aika mainly for Furry art and Aika Rosethorns for general art.You can use and edit my arts for the use as banners and backgrounds as you wish if you credit my artwork as well.Ending this note in a more relaxed note the last things I have to say are the basics, even if I am not the most formal person and sound friendly please respect me proffessionally as well, preconception of any kind is not acceptable, keep things nice and respectful, I am here to work but I am a real human being behind a screen just like you.Thank you for reading all of this, for your patience, understanding and preference.Sincerely~Aika RoseThorns
